Poetic Proof
Small-Batch Bakery
Written in Flour
Poetic Proof Small Batch Bakery was created from a simple belief: baking is poetic.
It is measured and intentional, shaped by rhythm and repetition, and transformed by time and care. Like poetry, each bake begins with proofing and becomes something alive—warm, memorable, and meant to be shared. Every loaf, roll, and cookie is a small act of storytelling, written not in ink, but in floured hands and memory.
Savor the story in every bake.
Every order includes an original poem from Poetic Proof.
